NYC Lovatics by Demi

Finally! I swear my local Walmart is the slowest at stocking new products lol and when they do I'm always broke. But today when I went out to town I spotted the new NYC Lovatics by Demi collection. I'm not exactly sure what all is in the collection by my store had the eye shadow palette in 020 Natural, a mascara, an eyebrow pencil in dark brown, and several shades of lip and cheek tint. (Just checked and it looks like that is the whole collection.)

The palette cost me $4.92, it has 12 shades. Now, to be quite honest, I was not expecting much from the palette. It has been a while since I have tried an NYC shadow but I was never a fan before. They were chalky, had a lot of kick up, and very little color pay off. But these, well these are playing a whole new ball game. They are very smooth, have good color pay off, and blend beautifully. Perfect for everyday wear but you could also bump it up for a dramatic smokey eye as well.

The packaging is plastic but sturdy and the closure is secure. It is very thin and I think it would be perfect for travel. Also its only $5 so it wouldn't hurt too bad if something were to happen to it. Definitely think this will be coming with me on my cruise this year.

Overall I totally recommend picking one up if you can and giving it a good try. Oh one more thing to mention, I don't own the Naked Palette but the palette does have a similar color layout so if you own that then maybe skip on this.
