This was the only mascara from Revlon's revamped mascara launch that I was excited to try. Mascara is one of my favorite things to try out, and I'm always looking for that one that's just OTT and makes my lashes look like I'm wearing falsies. (I know that is near impossible but it's what I'm looking for lol)
The Ultimate All-In-One mascara is supposed to be a 5 in 1 formula. The claims are volume, length, definition, lift, and intense color. The wand is smaller than most which is one of the features I was most drawn too. Revlon calls this their Power Mini Brush™ and the unique mini oval shape is supposed to reach every lash. There is also a hollow core that is designed to deposit the formula for more impact.
Again I had pretty high hopes for this mascara (as I always do) but sadly it just didn't amaze me. It's absolutely not the worst mascara I've tried but it's just not the va-va-voom I was looking for. I don't find I get any volume, length, or lift but I do get the definition and intense color. 2 out of 5... Revlon's description of the brush is pretty spot on, it does deposit a lot onto the lashes and it is small enough to get all of the lashes even the lower lashes.
If you already have amazing lashes and are just looking for some definition this may be for you. I personally have longer lashes but not a lot of volume so this just doesn't cut it for me. I also find that it flakes towards the end of the day which is a big let down for me. It doesn't smudge or run of the lower lashes it just flakes. One other redeeming quality to mention is that I didn't have any trouble with clumping. I know that all sounds very mixed but overall just to clarify I don't like this mascara and will not be repurchasing. I hope all this was helpful if you have been thinking about picking this mascara up.
